We're a locally-owned restaurant in Harrisonburg, Virginia with a passion for being a place where our community can gather for comfort food and cold brews for more than 15 years. 

We’re always looking to add members to our team who are inspired by the warm hospitality of a great, home-cooked meal, and who are enthusiastic about providing an outstanding experience for all of our guests.

The O'Neill's Grill staff is a family. We strive to provide outstanding service with a smile. Our team enjoys a flexible schedule (great for college students) and we work in an upbeat, family and sports fan-friendly atmosphere. Some of our team members have been with us for years and our managers are usually promoted from within.
